i worked on developing a stronger contrast and did some liner work to define the petals a little more. i'm fairly happy with it so have decided to leave it at that before i fiddle too much more and wreck it altogether.

just in case i don't get a chance to post tomorrow

A VERY HAPPY EASTER TO ALL!!!

love, light and peace

  17. I love the swirling blending of relaities in how the flowers fall away at the ends and into almost the quantum level. Flowers formed by photons, and then into random photons waiting for the next objective observer to mould them into another personal illusion.

I have been working with this idea a lot myself with landscape paintings. It's an incredibly liberating way of approaching a natural subject. Even if we do not mean to put this message across - it just happens.

Gosh, just looking again these flower heads are just so lucious and elegant. I need to get more of that feeling in my own work.
